140/485 pending 期间需要延H4吗？

标  题: 140/485 pending 期间需要延H4吗？

请问版大及各位专家：本人H4期间找到公司sponsor EB1b，二月中旬同时向TSC递交了
140/485/765/131。3月12号EAD和AP获得批准，但140和485仍在pending/review。目前
我已经在公司上班。因为H4 2/27/2014到期，所以听从公司律师的建议，在2/24/2014
交了H4延期申请。

前天收到USCIS对H4延期的RFE,说：USCIS records indicate that you were recently
granted a change of status to an H1B visa (我想应该指的是我3月20号批准的EAD
). If this H4 visa extension application is approved and that you are
granted an H4 extension, your H1b visa will no longer be valid and you will
not be allowed to work. do you still wish to pursue your H4 visa extension,
or would you like to withdraw this application and maintain your current H1b
visa status?

请教各位：USCIS上文提到的h1b是否指的是我485申请中获批的EAD？我是否应该撤回H4延
期申请，继续等待140/485审批？如果撤回H4，我目前的移民身份是什么？140/485
pending
? 是否应该等140有了结果，比如万一过不了，再申请H4延期？

实在是迷惑目前这种状态。多谢各位指点！！
