Strategy is to reach the annual limit, for which there should be no problem.
Waiting to receive some March/early April filling data, and what demand
looks like during the first 7/8 days of the month. That will allow a better
estimate of what needs to be done, primarily with the EB-3 category, less
concern with China EB-2.
