Got the card today, long story short:

PD 12/09/2010
EB2 downgraded to EB3 Concurrent Filing
140 PPed 3 times, and got it for the last time after 3 months
Contact 2 congressmen, and 1 senator
did not get hold of T2, just SR once
RFE 03/15/15 asking for BC and new Physical Check
Welcome Notice 04/03/15
Notice of Card Mailed 04/09/15
Card Received Today at 4:00 PM

Transferred 1000 wb to board. and heard the big advance of EB23, nothing can
