下班路上收到短信通知状态有变，以为是RFE，结果：
Card Was Ordered To Be Produced
On April 8, 2015, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number SRC1490xxxxxx,
and will mail it to the address you gave us. If you move, go to www.uscis.
gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.
下面是我的EB2-EB3 Timeline:
PD: 12/2010
EB3 140 RD:4/15/2014
EB3 485 RD:4/15/2014
EB3 140 AD:11/26/2014 no PP
EB3 485 AD:4/8/2015
打过T2，没什么帮助。1月发过online SR，2月email follow up，3月email
SCOPSSCATA均无反应。
2月底联系众议员，答复是"in line to be reviewed by an officer"。但uscis.gov上
状态一直是"fingerprint fee received"未变直到今天。
体检去年2月作的，本以为是要RFE，结果直接new card ordered。请问这种情况还需要
再体检吗？

更新：晚上状态又变为
Welcome Notice Was Mailed
On April 8, 2015, we registered your permanent resident status and mailed
you a Welcome Notice for Receipt Number SRC1490xxxxxx. Please follow the
instructions in the notice. Your new permanent resident card should arrive
by June 7, 2015, after this registration or after you complete any ADIT
processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later. If you
move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.
