Happy new year everyone! my weak eb1a case got approved today in NSC.
received in mid Jan and approved within one month without PP.
I can only type English right now.
Background
Biomedical
USA Top 30 school PHD
Publication in total of 9 papers and 7 conference presentations
citations 122
review 20 times only 4 journals has IF
reference letters:6 in total, most of them are assistant professors from
EURO who have cited my papers
Contribution: cited by lots of review articles, one clinic trial adopted by
research method
not strong case at all, not that much hightlight,either
thanks to my dear wife, she is a young attorney who spent tremendous time on
preparing my case, and my case got approved even without RFE. I have never
expected that at all.
Happy new year to you all, I can write more when I have access to a computer
carries Chinese input.
