已到拿offer前的最后一个程序--reference check， 教授给出的评价不错，但是同学
给出的评价把我黑了。
主要的问题是：问top 3 areas that need improvement to increase professional
performance？、
同学太实惠竟然诚恳地给出他对我的建议：
Not good enough to be a team leader, good at solve small problems but may
get lost when face a very large and complicated project.
She has a good basic and can solve small problems but when face a very
complicated problem, maybe she can not focus on it for a vary long time, so
if she can also good at solve complicated problems, she will be a great
programmer.
She has good ability on self study but more prefer others can teach her (but
I think most of the people prefer this so maybe is really not a weakness)
看到这些，HR念内容给我，暴怒，说不明白为什么我的评价这么低，他们公司是不会雇
佣这样的人的，黑线。。。
