FP 2/14/2014 (walkin failed for dependent due to weather)
FP 2/21/2014 (2nd time for dependent)
2/21是scheduled FP date, 副申请人被要求打了两次FP.

EAD/AP approved 3/3/2014, combo card received a few days later.

140 PP 3/17 sent (Fedex overnight delivered 3/18) rejected(no original LC)
returned I907 form and check received on 3/25
140 PP 2nd time 3/27 sent (Fedex overnight) no update, application not
returned, check not cashed as of today
140 approved 4/9 (status changed from case not found to decision on 4/10)

Update 13:47pm ET: 485 status "On April 10, 2014, we ordered production of
your new card."
485 status online still "Your case can not be found at this time in My Case
Status" from Day 1



副申请人 485 RFE, "On April 9, 2014, we mailed a notice requesting
additional evidence or information in this case I485 APPLICATION",还没有收到
信,情况不明.

EB2没有赶上 2012年的放水,其实副申请人很需要工卡.唉. EB2从2009年11月开始搞,
被拖到2010年6月才交上去.律师办事慢, email 那时候给paralegal多发了些,还打电话
过来教训我让我不要老催他们.  去年11月份中律师主动和我联系说可以降级,本来应该
12月file 上去,但是自己和家庭的的原因耽误了,一月初才给paralegal 所有documents
.

从收到USCIS receipt letter后,一直都查不到 online status, 都是批了后才知道,才
能在网上查到status. 因为是从一开始 就是 Your case can not be found at this
time in My Case Status. 所以不可能 set up text message or email alerts. 就是
每天刷网页状态. 4/1号电话问出 485 被assign 给Officer on 3/25, but there is
no update so far. IO 说maybe anytime, maybe in 2 weeks the case will be
processed. said I could call back around 4/15 if there is no update. 昨天晚
上 140还是 case status not found, 今天早上看到approved.  485 现在还没有消息.
140律师不愿意给我马上搞PP,要我等3个月才搞. 上个月沉不住气了,自己DIY.也每有
成功,反正今天批了.
