Feb 12:
NSC email update:
USCIS records indicate your Form I-485 was received at the Nebraska Service
Center (NSC) on December 13, 2013.  Your biometrics were received on January
14, 2014.  The biometrics will be reviewed once assigned to an officer for
processing.  As indicated on the USCIS Website, the estimated processing
time for Forms I-485 at the NSC is four months from the receipt date.  If
you have not received a decision or other notice of action within 60 days,
please contact us for an update.

Feb 19:
Congressman inqury;
According to USCIS electronic records, the adjudication of XX's Form I-485
is currently pending at the NSC; however, this Form I-485 is currently in
transit to an officer for adjudication at the NSC.  With respect to your
constituent’s requests for expedited processing and confirmation of a
background check clearance in his permanent residency case, we are unable to
grant requests for expedited processing in Form I-485 cases; and we are
unable to provide information pertaining to the background check process at
the NSC.

Open SR-callback.

Feb 20:
收到uscis的电话，问了一下in-transit status，说是good news， 是从NSC发到field
office去审。他的系统有问题track不到是否被assign给officer，又问了BC，说不能
从电话里提供这些信息，如果officer觉得有问题，会interview。

Feb 21:
主副申请人状态变成initial review.
主申请人：card production
付申请人应该会收到RFE-体检要过几个月补上。
