卖了个小毒药，最后一个，同胞买家，寄了。东西在路上 收到信，要退，理由是no
longer wanted。我曰，可以退，不开包没事，你出邮费寄回来，开包，要收
restocking fee。意思很清楚，不想要就别开包了。
对方再曰：
I do not want to return the computer.
I have not received the computer yet. I reserve the right to return it if I
found that this laptop has any quality problem.
Again, I do not want to return it unless there is a quality problem with the
computer.
然后东西到了，果然：
Hi! I just received the computer. Generally the computer looks good. However
, I found a few scratches on the "windows button" below the screen of the
computer. I can send you a picture if you want.
I will discuss with my family to decide whether we want to keep the computer.

然后再来一封
A brand new computer should have a very good appearance. I am using another
Toshiba computer. It does not have any "minor sign". I bought a brand new
computer and paid full price, so I expected that the new computer was in a
perfect condition. If you do not agree, please check the definition of "new"
from Amazon website.
I understand that the "minor sign" was not caused by you probably. However,
you should be responsible for the sign because you are the seller.
So I am not satisfied now. I am going to claim a full refund through Amazon.
尼玛，哪有这么牛逼的，机器没到就保留退的权利。到了之后全新的电脑有哪几个有
scratch的。什么人呀
