下了单 买了房

builder给了10k bonus可以做closure cost,也可以做upgrade option

现在的情况是 buyer agent给的rebate已经可以支付closure cost了（根据银行的人说
的）

现在头痛了 怎么才能充分利用这个10k的价值呢

builder给了以下几个option，哪个不是很需要啊 （后院不是很大的）:

Air Conditioner: $3515 - 

Dryer: $665  - 

Washer:  $875 -

Pedestals: $205 x2

Rear Yard Irrigation: $1720 -

还有什么大家觉得可以利用的呢？
因为在king country,我还在想还能不能把剩下的钱冲到sewage capcity 的钱里面去

冰箱和窗帘已经有了
