EAD AP approval: March, 2012. Used AP three times already
Approved April, 7th, 2014
Case has been pre-judicated two years ago. It was current again in Jan of
this year. Called senator, Congressman and did service reuqests, infopass
before my case was finally approved. Not sure why there was a such long
delay for my I-485.
My Perm was denied in 2009 probably due to the company layoff one month
after filing my Perm. The lawyer appealed the decision and it took around 1.
5
years to approve.
原来很想拿到绿卡，但是真正拿到以后也没有任何感觉了。原来的生活没有因为绿卡耽
误，以后也不知道绿卡会给自己什么方便。
谢谢大家的帮助和祝福。希望其他人也早点绿，不要象我的case一样拖这么久。
