国内亲戚，想来美国度假，顺便看看房子， 待上几个月。

想知道那个城市最适合这种国内来的人居住：

   有华人可去的地方（购物，吃、玩、出行方便）
   有足够的人口
   安全（老黑劳模少）
   气候过得去
