1、加州公立系统不象私立学校，只要政府有钱，符合条件的学生多少都要收。几年前
的确出现过经济危机限制学额的情况。但是第一这是特殊情况；第二加州宪法保障符合
条件学生有公立书念。钱本来就从加州人的税收支付。

Applicants who are residents of California will be guaranteed admission
somewhere in the UC system if space is available and they:
Rank in the top 9 percent of all high school graduates statewide (according
to UC admissions index: universityofcalifornia.edu/ admissions/freshman/
california-residents/ admissions-index/index.html) or
Rank in the top 9 percent of their California high school graduating class
(the local context), as determined by UC.

对名校区而言，2/3的高中毕业生可以达到全州9%。对差区而言，只要达到自己学校的9
%。

3、进加州大学还有一硬指标：Meet the subject requirement by completing a
minimum of 15 college-preparatory courses (“a-g” courses), with at least
11 finished prior to the beginning of your senior year.
Earn a GPA of 3.0 or better (3.4 for nonresidents) in the “a-g” courses
with no grade lower than a C.

如果真有什么人天天去玩、不读书、打砸抢能混到3.0。说实话，他们是天才，加州大
学都太屈就他们了。应该上常春藤。

以上所有项目都和种族毫无关系。

如果亚裔自认比其它族裔读书考试高一筹。基本上已经保底有差不多18%的高中毕业生
能进加州大学。问题是：

1、亚裔的高中毕业生能有18%么？如果没有，那么作为亚裔上不了加州大学就是自己爬
不上去。

2、亚裔里面还有很多嫌弃加州大学不够白的。那么剩下的亚裔竞争压力更小。进不了
加州大学怪西裔非裔？
