RD 9月21日
PP 11月5日寄到，6号状态有initial review变成acceptance。
RFE 11月18号一早网站刷出，下午RFE新就收到了，TSC著名杀手XM100，RFE信在11月14
就寄出了。

所以如果PP后10几天没消息，就要当心了。

RFE信的内容：
承认authorship和judgement

对contribution的评价：This criterion has not been met because the evidence
submitted does not show that your contributions are considered to be of
major significance to the field of endeavor. Many of the letter of support
were from individuals who already knew you, and the letters of support were
general in nature, and did not establish your accomplishments are any
greater than your peers. USCIS has carefully reviewed the letters of support
submitted on your behalf and the theme is that you are a promising young
researcher who's researcher has help the field.However, it has nor been
established through these letters that your work has mad major significant
impact within the field. USCIS understands other researchers have cited your
work, but this is not unusual for researchers to have their work cited and
referenced. USCIS also understands various media outlets have discoveries,
and these articles did specifically features you. Again, it is not unusual
for media outlets to report on research discoveries, but based on the
evidence provided it does not appear to be a major significant impact.

To assist in determining whether of your contributions are original and of
major significance, you may submit:

*Objective documentary evidence of the significance of your contribution to
the field.
* Submit your full independent citation record according to SCOPUS.
*Evidence of your work being implemented by other. Possible evidence may
include but is not limited to:
  contracts with companies using of your productsl
  licensed technology being used by others
  patents currently being utilized and shown to be significant to the field

PP到第十三天，一早9点多出了结果，RFE。
目前不知道RFE什么内容，不过估计是contribution。
背景介绍一下，麻烦大家出谋出策。
美国phd，专业排名top9的学校
目前在相关专业排名top2的学校做postdoc第二年

Claim了老三样，TSC

【文章】 11篇，IF大部分4-5分，一作3篇，没中文文章——这个专业，虽然说属于化
学药学，但是属于交叉类，搞得东西不热门就很容易引用少，IF偏低，很吃亏，而且这
个问题我自我感觉没在PL里表达详细为什么IF低，引用少，只是简单的和top10学习
faculty比较了平均引用数，OI可能没看见，也可能觉得不算什么。

【会议】 12篇———这个在PL里都没怎么着重提过，我觉得可能有欠缺。

【invite talk】 1，没什么着重说，就在contribution里提了一下。

【引用】 算上各种其他引用，比如论文什么的，总共109次，涉及30个国家，129个机
构。
     其中google scholar提交时 82次， isi 只显示53次，引用除了大洋洲没有以外
，北美，欧洲，亚洲，非洲，南美，以及夏威夷都有，没分自引他引，所以油灯图比较
好看。
——提交140后2个月，google Scholar才涨了8个引用，目前90。

【推荐信】 独立共6封，其中美国3封，中国2封，欧洲1封——地理分布上可能太单调
了。
          非独立3封，分别是前老板，现老板，和前合作者
          ——现在又套了1封欧洲、1封加拿大的独立推荐信，准备做RFE用。


【review】 28次 22篇文章，12个杂志（大部分是IF3-5分的杂志，有2个1-2分的杂志
，但有有2个没IF的杂志共review了3次），另有2封编辑的support letters。

【媒体报道】没有claim，只是在contribution里稍微提了一下，newsrx，highbean这
样的媒体报道。

【其他】我们在PL中多次提到和EPA以及DOD政府部门合作，在老板的RL中他也写到了。
（其实就是帮助他们测样品，论证或者反论证他们的想法）
   自我感觉是加分的，但现在迷茫这部分不知道是扣分还是加分项目了。

求建议！
