标 题: 分享个做馒头的方子

Steamed Bread Recipe:
flour: 5lb(1 bag of flour in the super market, can be either whole wheat
flour or non-whole wheat).
Yeast: 1.5 tea spoon.
Sugar: 0.75 cup
salt: 2 table spoons
oil: 0.75 cup
milk: 4.5 cups(if use unbleached flour 5 cups)
Steps:
(1) do a small experiment. 1 cup of milk, a little flour, all the yeast,
sugar. Give the yeast 1 hour to let it grow under room temperature. If there
are lots of bubbles (1cm), it is ready to use for the next step.
(2) Make the dough, put under room temperature. When the volume is twice
the original dough(take 5-6 hours), it is ready.
(3) Cut the dough into individual pieces, put them in the air for 15 or
more minutes before steaming.
(4) Steam for 12-15 minutes.
Yeast: highly active yeast. All natural
