标 题: 诡异的I-765 RFE

TSC, EB1A, 140批准后递485。
I-485 Mar-25 RD，当时和765，131一起递交，三个folder，每种材料打印了三份。
前两天主申请人收到了765的RFE。
信中说："USCIS records show that you have a pending Form I-485; however, we
were unable to locate the underlying immigrant petition associated with your
application for adjustment of status. Submit evidence, such as a copy of an
I-797C Receipt Notice, that you have properly filed an underlying immigrant
petition (such as Form I-140)"
USCIS看材料也太不认真了吧，我已经把I-140的approval notice附上了。
不知道战友们是否有同样的情况？
